Jacquie, Lab Technician

Hello!  I am Jacquie and I have been Dr. Ron’s lab technician since 1991 and have been in the field of orthodontics since 1987.  Working at Smiles is fun and rewarding.  When you visit our office, you will find smiles, laughter, and great conversations between Dr. Ron, the team, and our patients.  The friendships that we have made here are everlasting and it has been an honor to be a part of such a great group!  I have a deep respect for Dr. Ron’s ethics and his determination to achieve the best result for the patient.  I enjoy the challenge of tailor fitting each appliance to a patient’s specific need.  I am married and I am the mother of twins Kameron and MaKayla.  I enjoy scrap booking, stamping, and spending time with my family.  One of our families’ favorite activities is camping in the summertime in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  I look forward to working with you and getting to know you!

Jen, Clinical Assistant

Hi, I’m Jen, welcome to our practice!  I am a Clinical Assistant and have been working with our team since 2005. I am fortunate to be part of such a kind and caring team.  Every team member contributes to the success of our patients and Dr. Ron provides the perfect environment for us to succeed in!  I enjoy the relationships that I have developed with our patients and look forward to their next visit so that we can catch up!  Our patients truly put a smile on our faces every day!  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, reading, and of course shopping!  I can’t wait to meet you, and I look forward to sharing many years of great smiles!

Karen, Clinical Assistant

Hello, I am Karen, and I look forward to meeting you!  I have been a part of Dr. Ron’s team since 2000 and I am a clinical assistant.  I have fun everyday at work because of the strong team Dr. Ron has surrounded himself with.  We are dedicated to you and your result!  I enjoy working for Dr. Ron because for him, family is a number one priority.  I enjoy the challenges that orthodontics brings.  Because each patient has an individual treatment plan designed especially for them, the challenges are different every day.  It is so rewarding to see it all come together and have the end result be a beautiful and healthy smile that will last a lifetime.  I am married and have three adorable boys.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I am also an avid runner and I have completed the Portland Marathon.

Nicole, Financial Coordinator

Welcome to our practice!  My name is Nicole and I am the Financial Coordinator.  I have been working with Dr. Ron since 1993 and I love being a part of his orthodontic team.  Dr. Ron is wonderful to work for.  He is sensitive to his patients’ needs and provides an exceptional level of care in a fun and professional environment.  I enjoy making a difference in peoples lives and find that taking the stress out of the financial arrangements for our patients is very rewarding.  I am here to make sure that your journey with us is positive and memorable!  I am married and have two beautiful daughters.  I love spending time with my family and walking my dogs.  I look forward to meeting you and sharing many years of great smiles!

Kim, Receptionist

Hello and welcome!  I am Kim and I have been the receptionist for Dr. Ron since 1994.  I love working for Dr. Ron because he is so easy going and relaxed and truly cares about each patient and their beautiful smiles!  Our practice is dedicated to developing meaningful, lifelong relationships with every person we treat and it is so much fun to be a part of that.  I enjoy interacting with all of our patients and putting a smile on their faces is my number one priority.  My husband and I have I three wonderful kids and when I am not at work, I enjoy watching sporting events with my family, gardening, and being an avid Cougar fan!

Casey, Treatment Coordinator

Hello, my name is Casey and I look forward to working with you and getting you started on your way to a wonderful smile!  I am the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Ron and I am honored to be the person who gets to meet and greet all of the new patients to our wonderful practice!  I am proud to be part of such an amazing team that works together to give each of our patients an amazing smile.  I joined Dr. Ron’s team in 2011 and I have been working in the dental field since 1994.  In my spare time, I love being with my wonderful husband and three amazing kids.  Whether it is going to the lake, watching their sporting events, or just hanging out, spending time with my family is my priority!
